Rules of equipment cards
All cards provide the following:
Physical Damage
Magical Damage
Physical Defense
Magical Defense
Health
Unique Stat
Unique Passive
The unique stat/passive has the following properties.
Unique stat outside the above listed (e.g., attack speed, critical chance, etc)
Unique passive (e.g., For every hex traveled, permanently increase basic damage by 3%, stacks up to 30% max)
Unique Passives can often have requirements.
By archtype (e.g., If mage class.)
By Faction
By Element
And further defining classifications. (in the future we may do by groups within factions, (e.g. if Vampires or if Hacker.)

Unique Stat: Adds 15% critical strike chance.
Passive Effect: Ignites the target, dealing 5% of their max health as fire damage over 5 seconds.
