Race: Vampire

Age: Unknown (appears to be in 20s)

Appearance: Tall and lean, with a perpetually disheveled look. His once elegant, dark hair is now a tangled mess, and his clothes, though made of fine materials, are often wrinkled and stained. His piercing red eyes and sharp fangs are the only indicators of his true nature.

Background: Born into the prestigious family, he was expected to uphold the family’s noble traditions and disdain for modern technology. However, his rebellious nature led him down a different path. He became known as a playboy, indulging in hedonistic pleasures and shirking his responsibilities. As such he enjoys using the weapons and magics of the modern age, even if he does not know how to use them correctly.

Personality: Lucian is charming and charismatic, using his good looks and smooth talk to get what he wants. Despite his noble upbringing, he is unkempt and careless, often seen with a bottle of bloodwine in hand. His reckless behavior and disregard for consequences make him a dangerous individual.

Weapon: A Cane/Rifle that he confiscated from a local scientist. Can fire projectiles of random elements. Due to the unique nature of the device even after being thrown or demolished still repairs itself in the user's hand.

Passive: Basic attacks deal 25% Physical Attack to surrounding hexes of the target but every 5th attack misses.

Standard Basic Attack - Range 5 hex.

Animation Basic Attack: Character is more concerned with looking good then using the weapon correctly, feel free to play with that.

Ability: Improv Gadget - Range 5

Pulls out a random device and smacks it with gun towards the target dealing 80% physical attack to target and surrounding hexes and randomly applying one of the following Burning/Bleeding/Shock.

Animation Ability: Pulls out random gadget and smacks it using his gun as a baseball bat.

Special: Overloads the weapon, setting it to self-destruct and hurls it at the closest opponent for 250% physical attack and 100% physical attack to surrounding hexes. If the opponent is adjacent, kicks them pushing the target up to 2 hex away for an additional 50% attack before following up with ranged attack.

Special cut scene: Low angle scene of him walking towards the camera, spins cane and presses a switch. Short delay looks at the device and shakes it to which the cane begins to glow. His frustrated face turns to a maniacal grin as he turns to the camera.
